Paris City Hall is considering several options to compensate for the housing crisis, here are a few:
Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU), which envisages high-rise buildings for ZAC Paris Rive Gauche, in the 13th district from 2014. PLU this limit at present buildings to 37 meters in height.
