Receivership for Comareg the publisher of " Paru-Vendu "
Comareg, the subsidiary of free press of the Group Hersant Media ( GHM), is going to be the object of a receivership next Tuesday, November 30th to the commercial court of Lyon. This subsidiary publishes in particular the free newspaper of classified ads " Paru-Vendu ". According to GHM, " the objective is to present a continuation plan of the activity for Comareg and his subsidiaries, and a plan of protection for Hebdoprint, allowing them to boost their activities in a long-lasting way ". |
