Record price in Paris according to the chamber of the Solicitors, with the real estate in 7500 euro per square meter in this end of year. However, this progress is very contrasted in France, with certain increasing regions. According to this indication Solicitors-Insee, the global increase of the price of the former houses in province is on average of + 5,3 %, indication measured on 7 big cities of province, with an increase for certain from 10 to 15 % over one year.
