Grand Prix of the town planning 2010
It is Laurent Théry, an economist and a town planner, a leader Euralille, company of arrangement in charge of the project of Euralille, that took away Grand Prix of the town planning 2010. It is on Tuesday when Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, Minister for Ecology and Benoist Apparu, Secretary of State for Housing put back to him this Grand Prix awarded by the jury chaired by Etienne Crépon, director of the Town planning, the Housing environment and the Construction. The Minister underlined that " year 2011 will be the year of the big reform of the town planning which will allow to simplify the cream slice of rules which exist today and to accelerate the transfer of our cities ". |
