Real estate reformations validated by the Senate

 
The vote of the budget 2011 to the Senate by 179 voices against 152 this valid Wednesday, December 15th counts of expected measures. The main reforms thus waiting for the world of the real estate next year are thus adopted: the replacement of the classic PTZ by the strengthened Interest-free loan (PTZ +), the reduction of photovoltaic tax credit, the end of the device Demessine (niche of the property developers).
