Real estate prices in Great Britain: light increase

The average price of housing in Great Britain slightly progressed in 0,4 % December after two months of decline according to the indication of the mutualist bank Nationwide. This increase thus maintains the residential real estate price with regard to 2009 in 0,4 % after an increase of 5,9 % previous year. It does not however prefigure a reversal of trend, the decline risking to continue according to Nationwide.
