Certified real estate diagnosticians
The Ministry of Ecology, of the Sustainable development, Transport and the Accommodation recently put on-line a directory of the certified diagnosticians. The search can be made by geographical criteria and by real estate diagnosis to be made. This directory is visible on http://diagnostiqueurs.application.developpement-durable.gouv.fr. Until now, 7 real estate diagnoses were compulsory for the sale of an immovable property: lead, asbestos, termites, gas, electricity, energy performance and natural and technological risks. A new, as indicated in our previous current events, is added to this list, the diagnosis purification of waters. Within the framework of a rent, only three are compulsory: lead, energy performance and natural and technological risks. This new directory is going to facilitate the choice of numerous owners. |
