Label Diagnosis of Energy Performance
The law Grenelle II, voted in July, 2010, imposes the display of the Diagnosis of Energy Performance, named also DPE, on the real estate announcements since January 1st, 2011. This new display aims at facilitating the task to the new buyers wishing to obtain the new Strengthened Interest-free loan which started on January 1st also. Certain professionals of the business had pointed out that it would be difficult for all to obtain from their customers the supply of the DPE.
