Smoke detectors: equipment of all the housing
 
On Tuesday was published the decree of application n°2011-36 of the voted law February 25th, 2010 concerning the Autonomous Detectors Detectors of Smoke. This decree establishes the obligation made for the occupant of an accommodation, or, if necessary, for the owner, to install and to maintain a detector autonomous detector of smoke from March, 2015. France is one of last countries not to have made compulsory this installation.
