Interest-free loan More: adaptation of banks?
All the first-time homeowners have access since January 1st, 2011 to the new Interest-free loan More, whatever is their level of income. Financing at present the purchase of the new or former accommodation, the rent entry or the transformation of a premises in house, it will also finance from June 1st, 2011 the purchase of the bare ownership, the usufruct, the parts of SCI or of joint possession. This novelty thus requires an adaptation of bank loans for the real estate, this PTZ + being distributed only as a supplement to another financing. Certain banks already work thus on customized loans to obtain a smoothing of the monthly salaries. |
