Switzerland: not public real estate transactions?
Since January 1st, 2011, changes were also set up in Switzerland. Indeed a tool of alert against the speculation and the doubtful transactions was deleted in the " official Sheet of opinion " within the framework of the real estate transactions in the canton of Geneva. This arrangement, deleted within the framework of the law of application of the civil code, had originally been introduced in purposes of transparency and as tool of fight against the speculation. Little discussed, the abrogation of the concerned article arouses nevertheless the indignation of the circles of defense of the tenants. |
