First signature of the PTZ +
On Monday, January 17th, 2011 was signed the first Interest-free loan More in the presence of François Fillon, of Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet and of Benoist Apparu. It is to Rosny-sous-Bois (93) that Sir and Madam Bellaïche are the first ones to reserve this new loan to acquire an accommodation(housing) of 56 m ² for 193 000 € among which 77 000 € are financed by the PTZ +. This accommodation is integrated within a real estate program of 47 apartments answering the standards BBC (energy-saving building) and HQE (high environmental quality) and will be delivered to the 4th quarter 2012. This loan allows them a 34 000-€ economy on the global financing of their immovable property, is a 100-€ economy on their monthly salaries. |
