Tax on the real estate: what future?

 
Of then that President Nicolas Sarkozy planned a reform of the tax system and in particular the tax system of the heritage before the presidential election, the ideas are numerous. Minister of Finance Christine Lagarde evoked the hypothesis of a taxation of the capital gains during the sale of the main home, for the moment exempted. Others suggest taxing more the main and secondary homes of the French people, that is by way of a taxation of the capital gains when the value of the main home exceeds 1,2 million euro and to raise the land taxes on second homes. Another idea consists in keeping the Wealth tax that beyond 4 million euro.
