Renovation of the former districts
The State, by a partnership with the national Agency of the housing environment (Anah) and the national Agency for the urban renovation (Anru) studies the urban renovation of the former districts of 25 cities. The durations of these agreements of financing go from 5 to 7 years. Anah has to " dedicate 150 million euro to the implementation of the national program of requalification of the former degraded districts " whereas Anru takes care of " the requalification of islands, arrangements of nearness, equipments or public utilities ". |
