Reformation of the Plan Home loan plan
The order for the reform of the Plan Home loan plan was published to the Gazette on Tuesday morning and will come into effect on March 1st, 2011. Christine Lagarde, Minister of Finance, announced that its " objective is to make the Plan Home loan plan more attractive, more popular, so that the households have an effective tool to establish their personal investment with the aim of a real estate project ". This reform plans in particular an annual revision of its payment according to the rates of the market and the fixation of a floor to reassure the device, it cannot lower under 2,5 %, its current level. |
