Where is the real estate the most expensive to the world?

 
In France? No, it is in the territory of Hong-Kong, compared in income of its inhabitants, according to a study of the American consulting firm Demographia. The purchase of an accommodation costs more of eleven times the annual average salary of the inhabitants as Hong-Kong is the foot on the ground fabulously rich Japanese business men and one of the big Asian financial centers. In this classification follow them Vancouver then Melbourne, whereas the most affordable among 325 studied cities are in United States and in Canada.
