Photovoltaic: validation of the principle of the moratorium
 
The Council of State invalidated on Friday, January 28th, 2011 the requests in emergency proceeding put down by 80 SME(SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE) against the moratorium of three months on the solar sector, on the helps in the photovoltaic. In its prescription, the Council of State specified that it did not hold the argument of " emergency defect ", because it compromised the development of the renewable energies.
