Marseille: more than 30000 vacant housing
Marseille would count a rate of 7 % of empty housing in its housing stock. According to the foundation Abbé Pierre, there would be " 33000 in 34000 vacant housing on the zone of 18 municipalities of the Urban community ". The same foundation counts 8 millions of badly accommodated, associations thus demand the requisition of this housing by the demand of the application of the prescription of 1945 on the requisition of the empty housing, consolidated by the law against the exclusions from 1998 in case of emergency situation. |
