The Union of the Real estate Builders of the French Federation of the Building, in partnership with Cimbéton, GrDF, the Technical Institute of the Union of the Real estate Builders and Construction France Vinci, throws the Foundation for a United Housing environment. 13,7 % of French, is 8 million persons are poor, with a standard of living lower than 908 euro for a single person.
