The European Commission and the French renting real estate

During a communiqué, the European Commission officially asked in France to modify certain tax measures in investment in the renting real estate, considered "discriminatory". She indicates that " these measures are incompatible with the free traffic of the capital guaranteed by the article 63 of the treaty on the functioning of the European Union and by the article 40 of the agreement EEE, because they dissuade the resident taxpayers to invest in real estates situated abroad ".
