National look-out post of the energy precariousness
This March 1st, 2011 was installed by Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet and national Eric Besson l' Observatoire of the energy precariousness. The government, on its site, explains that this new creation " has to allow to measure better the phenomena of energy precariousness and to assure the follow-up of the public and private grants brought to the precarious households, as well as the follow-up of the actions, the local or national initiatives, to measure the impacts and share the experiences.
