You already know the new interest-free loan granted by the State. But do you know those granted by the city of Paris? The City of Paris proposes the Loan Paris Logement, or PPL, in 0 %: " it is a loan without interest granted by any bank having signed an agreement with the City to finance the purchase of an accommodation by a Parisian household ". Furthermore, if you are a tenant of a social housing in Paris, the City helps you " to become an owner of an accommodation in the private sector with the Loan residential route ". These loans are available under certain conditions, to consult with the City or signatory banks of the agreements. |
