Decree for the experimental modulation of the rents COUNCIL HOUSE
March 4th, 2011 was set up the decree N 2011-242 fixing in application of the article L. 445-4 of the code of the construction and the house the part minimum and the maximum part of the resources for the modulation experimentally rents. The persons concerned by this decree are the landlords and the tenants of social housing. It is up first of all to the board of directors or to the Management Board of the body COUNCIL HOUSE to define, within the framework of the Conventions of Social Utility signed between every body COUNCIL HOUSE and the State for a duration of six years, buildings or real estate sets where is organized this experiment. |
