Rents of maid's rooms: future upper limit?

 
Benoist Apparu, Secretary of State for Housing, revealed its project to surcharge the owners of accommodation of less than 13 m ² charging a rent of more than 40 € m ². This surcharge should come into effect in January, 2012 and to appear in the next finance law to avoid the rents too much raised by micro-housing.
