Real estate diagnoses: measures against the pressures?
Serge Muller, vice-president of the Federation of the real estate diagnotic, the most importing labor union of the sector, indicates that " extremely important pressures take place on behalf of the buyers and of the real estate profession to modify the classifications of the diagnoses in their favour ". The amount of the new PTZ + dependent on the location of the immovable property, on its energy performance, on its age and on the composition of the family, the diagnosticians are subject to pressure of the buyers. The diagnosticians wish measures against these pressures with one " dégessivité less strong " of the PTZ + and an empowerment of the buyer to avoid the false statements of the energy class. |
