Very present 400 municipalities in the MIPIM

 
During the MIPIM which took place recently in Cannes, the present 400 municipalities did not skimp on subtleties: models giants, hostesses, alcohol and petit fours... London and Paris played on the grand with immense tents outside of the Palais des festivals of Cannes, whereas Montreal and Toronto opted for the sobriety. Many projects were presented and established contacts, the realization remains to follow.
