Real estate in Rhône-Alpes: Lyon and Annecy
The real estate market of Rhône-Alpes is mainly doped by Lyon and Annecy. All the districts of Lyon post a rise in prices in three months with an average of 2,2 %, excepted the 6th, in decline. For Annecy, the prices of putting on sale progressed of 3 % in three months and 4,4 % in the slippery year. Other cities of Rhône-Alpes have a falling trend excepted Grenoble and Saint Etienne which benefit from a very light increase respectively of 0,5 % and 0,7 %. |
