Earth Hour on Saturday
On Saturday, March 26th, 2011 will take place the fourth edition of the earth Hour, the annual event organized by WWF to fight against the global warming. Ansi, the whole world is invited to switch off the lights between 8:30 am and 9:30 am french time. It is 126 countries among which 4000 cities which participated in the operation last year. It will be a particular night for Paris because, as indicates it WWF, the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the symbolic bridges of the city and the other historic places will be put out. |
