The new interest-free loan, the PTZ +, is set up to help the first-time homeowners to become an owner of their main home. It does not allow the rent except in case of exception: professional mobility forced to more than 70 kilometers of the place of residence, a move because of separation, the death of the co-borrower, a period of unemployment of more than year or the necessity of leaving the accommodation because of incapacity. However, the rent can last no more than 6 years with particularly strict conditions of lease. Some of these conditions will already change from June 1st. |
