François Baroin, Minister of the Budget, announced the main lines of the reform of the tax system of the heritage. The Wealth tax, contrary to the fiscal shield, will not be deleted, but will be modified and relieved. Every taxpayer possessing a heritage going from 800000 euro to 1,3 million euro, thus being a member of the first slice, namely 300000 taxpayers, will be exempted from the ISF. When in the new ISF, it will contain no more than two slices and two rates, with a table revised in downwards. |
