The Diagnosis of Energy Performance (DPE) has to be carried out, whatever the property to sell or rent is.
It allows the potential buyer or tenant to have an idea of the energy consumption of the property for a standard use, with a classification similar to that adopted for household appliances, rating them from A to G, from the most efficient to the least efficient.
It is the first certificate to realise because its result must be shown in the real estate announcement. It is valid for ten years, in the absence of works being done during this period. |
