In the broadcast Stephane helps owners who do not manage to sell their house. He gives them wise advice: advice on the sale price, the decoration and some salesman's craftiness.
The concept works because all the houses seen in the broadcast were sold.
But is it so difficult today to sell to the point to redo all the decoration and is it so little expensive that it looks like it?
Indeed it is very difficult today to sell quickly because the market saturates: it is enough to look around us and quickly realize that there are real estate panels everywhere: the owners often sell because they are in a financial trouble.
Very often we notice high prices because most of us imagine that his house is the most beautiful and that the potential buyers will easily become found of it. It is possible but becoming found of it will come with difficulty if the painting is ruined, the tapestries come loose or if electric cords go out of the wall.
We’ll have understood it after hearing it many times in the broadcast: it is necessary to tidy up its house, to make it neutral (no customization) because the buyer needs to imagine himself living there and to freshen up the house to emphasize this.
In the broadcast it is announced that a general cost to freshen up the house is of the order of 5000 €, is it really so?

In reality, the broadcast counts the cost of materials only, and workers won’t do the work for free!
The broadcast “Maison a vendre” of M6 is a very good broadcast but if you want to follow the advice Stephane gives, take out your pocket calculators, try to foresee eventual problems and remember hundreds of houses are still on the market looking for purchasers so make yours stand out and look its best! |
