He is increasingly frequent for a person who only lives or even with her family to rent a house instead of building one of them. That is explained mainly by financial reasons. So that the owner can make sure of the payment in the term of the rent and the duration of the hiring, the deposit is a useful cover. Thus, the taker of the house must pay two months from rent or three before even as it does not move in.  It is thus used to supervise the not respected contractual obligations. 
In the need and in the event of difficulty, it should be known that there are the solidarity funds housing which can help in this case. It is necessary as well to know the rights of the tenant and of the owner because this last has responsibilities towards its house even if it rents it with another person.
