The real estate is in crisis affirm the professionals and actors of the sector. The current trends of the rise strongly affect the sector and target the purchasing power of each one. It makes it possible to better get information about the true prices which should be applied as well as regards load of hiring as the critical components with modern comfort should be set up.
 
Or to offer to the consumers a greater transparency of price in when they deal with the intermediaries of the real estate, service providers: a database of price, the amount of the services carried out… for a choice more directed towards the needs for the consumers. Imbalance being explained in particular in the absence of coherence in the amounts between the parts.
 
Moreover, the successive increases in the rents should according to it be the object of a fascinating more strict framing of account realities. Clearer and more constraining provisions should also be stated to avoid an unequal distribution as regards and guarantee deposit of tenant's risks. 
 
For a better distribution of the residences according to the request, association proposes also in particular the establishment of free zones and a reliable system preventing the needs on the matter. Combination being able according to it, to allow to offer more residences. I.e., a coherent supply with.
