Association CLV formulates in a document of October 7th, a set of proposals to improve the significant situation of manner. Broad outlines selected of this document in particular, relate to a greater transparency of the professionals of the sector. 
 
The tariffing of the abundant services to the consumers should be centralized on the level of a gate Internet in order to facilitate the choice and the comparison according to the incomes of each hearth.
 
In the same way, in order to relieve the purchasing power of the population, the technique of double posting at the time of promotional activities should be more strict.
And finally with the level as of taxes, the imposition should more tax the elements not considered as vital. A more consequent implication of the public authorities is thus to encourage vis-a-vis the consecutive rises in the real sector. Offers without relationship with the means of the request which can only involve on the long run a slow recession of the sector.
