The State, by the means of the ministry for Ecology announced various measurements in order to encourage the installation of more ecological constructions. In spite of a rather difficult economic situation and a policy of budgetary restriction, the commitment towards a more ecological development follows a logic of future realizable economies.
Measurements accompanying the private individuals
The choice of a house less énergétivore follows a logic whose repercussions will feel some on the long run. Thus the finance law for 2012 launches a series of initiatives in order to encourage the setting to the more respectful standards of the environment.
The measurement mainly retained within the framework of this project, it is to give a second breath to the solutions of energy restoration by the means as of tax credits.
To encourage the recourse to alternative energies, such as the solar one or the wind mill, is the objective in the long term of these measurements. Thus, in addition to a tax credit extended to December 2015, the households which will engage of large renovation works could also be given a tax credit improved to 50%.
Let us recall that the tax credit on the éco installations, currently varies from 13 to 45%, that is to say an increase of 5 points. In the same way, it will be again possible to cumulate this one with the écoprêt rate zero; to what a reduction of 10% of the tax loopholes will be also added.
The Minister of Environment strongly believes in the effects of these measurements on the long run and announces that will not penalize without more the National budget. Their impact can indeed relate to several years. An altogether logical investment.
Arguments for the investors
To transpose the advantages of a éco construction on the companies should be also seen encouraging. Indeed, one can say that the costs relatively high for the setting to the standards of the type LEED move away the prospects for constructions ecological.
Vis-a-vis this observation, the contributions consisted a green restoration of existing housing stock get a certain number of considerable advantages. More interesting in term of costs, one cannot also be unaware of the environmental impact. The update of the frame thus is encouraged.
The ecological commitment of a company for its buildings thus concerns the durable development policy. It is to be said a short-term investment for prospects for cost reduction related to the long run. It would be enough in this direction to adapt the budgets initially planned for the traditional restorations to the future more ecological expenditure of restoration. Measurements can also accompany this kind of strategies such as optimization by the natural light in the calorific buildings. One can also, to resort to materials adapted better to the environment which surround the buildings, which costs not very much compared to traditional restorations.
The figures of the studies carried out show besides that on this subject the companies having had recourse to E standard of work note, in addition to the cost cutting of exploitation, an improvement in term of quality of life. But also of the advantages in terms of social life or publicity near their customers.
Moreover, in the majority of the cases, an increase of 5 to 10% only of the budget of restoration allowed the commitment of this kind of work. |
