The energy diagnosis of Performance founded in 2006 very recently knew handing-over in question in the mode of establishment of this one. It is what arose in particular from the observations of Association UFC-That To choose. The government thus launched a series of reforms intended for better apprehending the realization of this diagnosis.

Within the framework of this measurement, a directory of all the diagnostiqueurs approved for the DPE will be put without delay on line as well as the results of the investigation of the DGCCRF on the subject. That will allow the people wishing subjected to the obligation of DPE to have a reliable source in the exercise of their choice.
Moreover, the software used in the determination of the DPE will be subjected to the prior approval of the official services. That will make it possible to limit the list of the existing software which had been approved by the ministry in load and the Agency of the Environment during the period 2008 2010. A database will be also put at the disposal of public. This one will have the aim of counting all the requests for DPE in order to better target the development of the national policies and local. |
