For certain dwellings apart from the network of cover of the sewerage system, a solution must be taken for the treatment of waste waters of a construction. But that must however answer the conditions of respect of the environment and the ecological standards like the pit all water.
Of what does consist an installation all water?
The installation all water is a solution of processing waste of water by anaerobe. This waste is sent in a pit where the solid matters are elutriated then hydrolized or liquified by a natural chemical reaction of the bacteria present in dirty water.
These last are separated from the fat content by a physical phenomenon which is explained by low propensity in weight of the fat content compared to water. Waste thus produced undergoes then a fermentation which leads to a destruction partial of the solid elements. This one is allowed by the presence in waste waters of bacteria.
The installation is perfectly tight and is intended for the treatment of domestic waste waters, of the sewages as well as waste waters. The rain waters, the possible sources and drainages, as for them, however are not understood in the treatment by this kind of pit.
The installation and precautions to be taken
The installation must be done more close possible of construction, at a distance of at least 10 meters. It must be located in an easy place of access apart from the passage of the vehicles.
It must also be able to contain a minimum of 3000 liters for 5 principal parts and 1000 liters additional when construction is made up for each additional part. The living space is thus important to determine the size of the pit.
The pit reduces only 30% of waste, the remainder being treated in drains of spreading or filter with sand. The phase of pretreatment at most lasts about ten days and the capacity of the pit must be established according to this factor.
The fermentations caused by the reaction of the bacteria can cause unpleasant odors. In this case, attention will thus have to be paid to install an evacuation of gases rather far away from the house.
If the pit is located at more than 10 meters of construction, a vat grease remover will be added upstream installation to treat water of kitchen. Let us recall however that the pit all water can be used with it only like a grease vat. That is explained in particular by its large surface and its great volume which makes decrease the temperature of greases more quickly.
Advantages of the installation of a pit all water
The pit all water is a durable and simple investment of use which is not particularly difficult maintenance. It also increases in a considerable way the duration of certain periodic work such as the draining of the pit or the grease vat.
Except for that, it consumes little energy and profits from a completely natural treatment from waste without the intervention necessary from industrial additives. In the same way, one can recycle water for the watering of plants. |
