The development and the signing of a contract are obligatory in any construction project of house according to the law of December 19th, 1990. The document is signed by the people who take part in the project where there are in particular the owner building and the manufacturer. For that, the actors related to construction can choose between two types of contract namely: the contract without supply of plan and the contract of construction of house.
The contract of construction with supply of plan
The drafting of the terms of the contract is made by the Officials of the work and the entrepreneur where they will be able to take the law of December 19th, 1990 as bases. The conditions related to such a project are in particular detailed there.
Within the framework of the contract of construction with supply of plan, the development of the sketches of the house is responsibility for the entrepreneur. But this one will have to respect the requirements and waitings of the client. In this context, it may be that the manufacturer presents certain catalogs and request to the control of the work to choose the type of house which would be appropriate to him. In this kind of situation, modifications could be brought.
The future owner of the house can indeed ask the entrepreneur to adapt a house according to his needs and of his budget. It is thus very important to detail in the contract work which will be to make. All the characteristics of construction will have inter alia being enumerated in this document.
The two parts can also require one of the other the supply of certain guarantees. The entrepreneur can ask the owner to provide a document which proves that he is owner of the house where a commitment to sell can be enough.
Contract without supply of plan
The contract will require all the same the signature of the entrepreneur and building owner, where this last will be charged to complete the works of carcass work. In this kind of agreement, the manufacturer can call upon subcontractors, but it will be always the entrepreneur who will be the person in charge of the work provided by the companies.
From this point of view, it is the client who must prepare the plans of the building with the assistance of an architect. He has also the possibility of doing it itself while basing himself on catalogs and by using software for this purpose.
The Contract for a house (CCMI)
The house is governed by the Code of Construction and the Dwelling in its article L. 231-1 and following, and R.231-1 and following. The contract for this kind of construction must inter alia enumerating the details concerning:

-it building plot
-it budget allotted to the project
-it periodicity of payment near the manufacturers
