In order to determine the amount of the invoice of electricity, EDF sends among its customers an agent which will raise the meter. It is starting from this statement that it will be possible to emit the invoicing and it is the private individual himself which will make the invoicing. All that EDF made is to get an outline of invoice to them that the customer will be held to fill it and return thereafter to its supplier.
The statement of its production
In order to have the statement of the electrical production, it is necessary to resort to two actors who are in particular the producer, who is the customer himself as well as the supplier of electricity like EDF.
For the first, it must make an auto--evaluation of its production where it will have to raise the indices on its meter. But before that, there is will have a statement which will be made by ERDF on the meters of production and not-consumption. An example of invoice will thus be given to the producer. This last will have to fill it according to its production and to return it thereafter to EDF for confirmation.
All that this group must do is to check if the statement which was carried out by the customer is in conformity with that which was done by ERDF. As an indication, this kind of reading is taken every three months within the framework of the sites of less than 36 kVA.
The invoice
There exist two types of contract with regard to the electric invoicing where the first is the S06 contract and the second, S10 with each one their characteristics like their specificities.
Within the framework of the S06 contract, the frequency of the statements depends on the selected installation. For those which are higher than 250 kVA, the statement of the meters will be done monthly. If the site lies between 10 and 250 kVA, the frequency of the statements is 6 months. And for the installations lower than 10 kVA, it is each month that will be made the statement of the meter.
With regard to the S10 contract, the invoicing of the production is essential each year for the sites which make less than 10 kVA. It is generally done at the date of signature of the agreement with the supplier of electricity. It is necessary to make a statement of the meter every 6 months if the size of the installation is from 10 to 250 kVA. For the more important sites, the establishment of the invoice must be made monthly.
Base calculation
Calculation is different for each type of installation, but for proceeding to it, it is necessary to get the coefficient L near the agency of Administration of the Obligations of Purchase. To have the amount of the invoice, it is initially important to know the tariff of indexed purchase.
To help the consumers to calculate their electrical production, there are various systems which place at their disposal of the comparators in electricity. For that, they will have only to provide the power of their meter, the type of selected contract and energy consumption in kWh. That enables them to get satisfactory results which will answer their waitings. |
