The éco construction has the dimension and the sector is rich in current events these last months. With the launching of the regulation of constructions in straw, the EuroBois living room and the new policy of the State vis-a-vis the significant numbers of requests for photovoltaic connection, one can say that this one did not have time to be unemployed during last months.
A regulation for constructions in straw
That is there at the end of four long years of negotiations and from studies in any kind, the Agency of Construction Quality finally comes to leave the rules which will govern the sector of construction in straw.
It is on June 30th that the relative tendencies with the straw as éco-material integrated the list of the conventional structural components. The professional rules were laid down by the Commission Prevention Produced or C2P, one of the branches of the AQC.
Its new rules relate to in particular recognition of the use of the straw like insulator or support of coating in the construction industry. This recognition makes it possible to make profit the structures in straw from the decennial guarantee as well as materials used in the traditional construction industries. Envisaged coming into effect on January 1st, 2012, this news will be able only to encourage the consumers to resort to this “green” material entirely.
The éco construction and wood are exposed to Eurexpo

To avoid the racing of the photovoltaic sector
2010 knew a strong demand on the photovoltaic energy sector. Caused in particular by the possibility of repurchase of the energy production by the suppliers of electricity, the government and the organizations responsible quickly saw themselves submerged of request.
Consequence of this surge of request, the government had decided to freeze all the solar projects of installation until May 31st, 2011. Running November and December 2010, the projects had achieved the production targets delocalized of Grenelle for 2020.
Measures were thus taken to limit the racing of the sector. Francois Fillon in addition announced the application of these measurements in February 2011. It will act inter alia fixing an annual production quota at 500 MW, a quarterly reduction of the tariffs of purchase of 10% and one immediate fall of 20%, the launching of invitation to tender of 100 kw.
The SER and the SOLER also proposed a review downwards levelling off of the tax credits of 50%.
The risks which can involve a too important request pushed the authorities to formulate these measurements. |
