ATHENS, March 26th, 2012 - the equality in front of the tax seems to be called into question to Greece. The Greek government indeed recently adopted a measure in favor of illegal constructions, a phenomenon which makes rage on this side of the Mediterranean.
The question is thus to know if Greece, famous for its political clientelism and its administrative corruption will hold indeed its promises towards the EU and the IMF, who engaged in a vast plan of assistance.
Indeed, at a few days of the legislative elections, the government thus comes to maintain the tax incentive in fact of which enjoy many owners. An tax incentive in fact which enables them to be less punctured as regards tax on the real estate on properties which sometimes largely exceeded the permit building granted.
