Unibail-Rodamco indeed announced the installation of a label “four stars” in partnership with the world leader of certification SGS. A label of prestige which implies the installation of additional services in the shopping malls of the leader of the commercial real estate.
Combination of “services impossible to circumvent” and “services premium”, this label will make it possible to transform the shopping malls of the group into true place of life where one will find services worthy of the large de luxe hotels.
The group thus hopes to adapt to this new standard its 20 shopping malls divided into France and the whole of its commercial inheritance from here 2014.

First to be itself granted the label “4 stars”, the center Carré Sénart in the Seine-et-Marne has today an adventure playground of 400 m ² for the children with animations.
