When you entrust the construction of your house to a professional company, this company must carry out work like agreed. However, it is advised to supervise and follow the evolution of those.

The principle of the follow-up of the building site
It is true that the owner has certain rights concerning the checking of advance of construction of his house. However, there exist limits with those. In a general way, the visit of the building site must be mentioned in the contract, if not the owner cannot reach it. According to the payments, the title of owner is granted only after the reception of the house. Therefore, being a simple person, it does not have the responsibility of ensure the good walk of the building work. All that relates to the latter is with the load of the manufacturer.
 
Nevertheless, it can at least once visit the place per week thanks to the agreement of the speakers. In this case, it is necessary to consult the date of intervention. The opening of the building site

The beginning of work is subjected to several criteria like obtaining the permit building and all the loans making it possible to ensure the completion of construction.

The subscription for insurances is also obligatory as well for the owner as the manufacturer. It is for example impossible to conclude the contract from construction of house, to have the loans and the license without the owner not subscribing to an insurance damage works. During the signature of the contract, the owner pays a sum with the manufacturer. The non-observance of the clauses of the agreement can lead to the nullity of the CCMI and the restitution of this sum.
