The owners?
In France the real estate between individuals is present. Indeed, unlike English, most real estate transactions are the owners. The French like the system D.
The real estate between individuals as it pleases the French can happen estate agents and their fees can rise to 8% of the property value. This is obviously a significant saving for someone who buys a property.

A maximum efficiency thanks to Web 2.0, new technologies of information and communication constantly growing. Properly used, these new sources of communication allow for real estate transactions of owners simplified.
The transaction between individuals avoids fees of agencies, especially the skills of some professionals wanting.
No agency, between individuals, without commission from the owners: is the future of the French real estate. |
