To the Gazette of this Wednesday was published the decree fixing the new ceilings of rent of the current device Scellier on January 1st, 2011. These ceilings are generally revised in downwards from 14 % to 26 % following places so as Paris and its inner suburbs where they are unchanged. According to the Gazette " the decree has for objective to restore ceilings of rent for the device " Scellier " taking into account better the reality of the private rental markets. The list of these municipalities is defined by order. He also allows to harmonize the rules of indexation of the ceilings of rent and resources applicable to the investment in rental property with those applicable to the leases of rent and to the social housing.
