It is official, the abolition of the retroactivity of the helps in accommodation is deleted from January 1st, 2011 according to the Law of financing of the Social Security for 2011. The National Agency for The Information about the Accommodation specifies: " previously, when a person presented a demand of individual help for the accommodation with delay, the allowancewas paid within the limits of three months preceding the one during which the demand was put down. Henceforth, to align the date of opening of the rights of the personal helps for the accommodation on that of basic welfare benefits, the help will be due only as from the 1st day of the month of the demand.
